Carbide tool rotary burrs have a very critical function in industrial production. How to choose a suitable file?
1. File size specifications
The size, specification and model of the rotary file must be selected based on the size of the workpiece to be processed and the remaining amount of processing. When the production processing size is large and the capacity is large, files of large size specifications must be used, on the contrary, files of small size specifications must be used.
Second, the cross section of the file
The cross-sectional shape of the rotary file must be selected according to the shape of the filed part, so that the two shapes can be integrated. When filing the inner arc surface, you should choose a semicircular file or a round file; when filing the inner corner surface, you should choose a triangular file, etc.
3. File tooth size
The size of the teeth of the rotary file must be selected according to the capacity and size of the production and processing workpieces, the processing accuracy, and the characteristics of the raw materials. Coarse-tooth files are suitable for the production and processing of workpieces with large capacity, low dimensional accuracy, large dimensional tolerances, large roughness values, and soft raw materials. On the contrary, fine-tooth files must be selected.
