According to the analysis of the comprehensive basic theory and the integration of everyone's work experience, to improve the quality level of the cemented carbide tool rotary file, it must be improved in the following many aspects:
1. As far as possible, the raw materials of the rotary file should be improved, and the following requirements should be met:
(A) High strength and abrasion resistance, generally above HRC88 strength, generally the higher the strength, the better the abrasion resistance;
(B) Sufficient strength and ductility. Under the drilling, impact and vibration standards of the rotary file, it is stipulated that the raw materials must have a certain strength and ductility to prevent the product from cracking and chipping.
(C) High temperature resistance. The temperature resistance is that the rotary file can still ensure its strength, wear resistance, strength and ductility at high temperatures to ensure the cutting performance under high temperature standards.
(D) Excellent processing performance, in order to facilitate the production and manufacturing of the rotary file, and stipulate that the raw materials have excellent production and processing properties such as forging, production processing, and tempering treatment.
2. As far as possible, the blade teeth of the rotary file should be improved, and the following requirements should be met:
(A) The geometry of the cutting edge teeth is appropriate and the cutting edge is sharp.
(B) The specifications, precision and dimensional tolerances of the blade teeth must be ensured.
(C) The axial and radial vibration of the rotary file must not exceed the required dimensional tolerances.
(D) The surface of the blade teeth must meet the required surface roughness requirements.
(E) Surface scalds and cracks are not allowed on the blade teeth and the rotating file itself.
